Develop Your Yoga Practice with a Set Sequence
Service Description
Blast off with The Rocket! This practice will include a set sequence of sun salutations and foundational yoga postures, allowing for repeated practice of certain asanas. Intermediate and advanced yoga postures (inversions, backbends, and arm balances) will be introduced and taught at various levels so students of all abilities can participate. We will follow the practice schedule below: Tuesdays - Rocket 1 (Focus on strength building standing postures and forward folds) Thursdays - Rocket 2 (Focus on arm balances and backbending) Saturdays - Rocket 3 (A blend of postures from Rocket 1 and 2) The Rocket is a yoga system developed by the late Larry Schultz in the 1980’s. It is a style derived from K. Pattabhi Jois’s Ashtanga Yoga (of whom Larry was a student of) and became known as the original form of Power Yoga. Class is 75 minutes and includes relaxation. Room is heated to 85 degrees. Please bring your own yoga mat, hand towel, and water however all are available at the studio for no charge.

Cancellation Policy
If something comes up, please cancel your registration at least 24 hours in advance to give other students the opportunity to practice. You can cancel via your online account or the WIX Spaces App. Students who no show (outside of an emergency) will be charged a class punch or a drop-in fee. No shows are not tolerated. Please make sure you can attend before you register.
